Lay Me Down

We all carry our own quiet weights—stones gathered from the moments that shaped us, and tears that rise from what the heart can no longer hold. In my work, these forms become symbols of the burdens we honor by naming, and slowly learning to set down. Each piece lingers in that tender space between holding on and letting go, where release becomes a quiet act of healing.
